Subject:Change of the publication date of the annual report and consolidatedannual report for the financial year 2025

The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A.(the "Company") informs about a change in the publication date of thestandalone annual report and the consolidated annual report of theCompany for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The newpublication date of these reports has been scheduled for 29 April 2026.

All other dates for the publication ofperiodic reports in 2026 remain unchanged.
