The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland ("Company", "Issuer"), hereby informs that on May 22, 2024 Company obtained notification from a Member of the Executive Board - Mr. Krystian Piećko, about transactions on Company's shares, as referred to in Article 19 point 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse (market abuse regulation).
