TheExecutive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland("Company", "Issuer"), informs about registration of July 23, 2026, bythe District Court for Wrocław -Fabryczna in Wrocław, VI CommercialDivision of the National Court Register, amendments to the Company'sArticles of Association, adopted by the Issuer's Ordinary GeneralMeeting of June 23, 2026, about which the Company informed in thecurrent report ESPI No. 18/2026 of June 23, 2026.

Asa result of the registration, § 6a of the Company's Articles ofAssociation was changed.
