The Management Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. (the "Company") announcesthat the Company on September 26, 2017 received the resignation lettersfrom:

• Mr. Stefan Wegener regarding the resignation from the position ofmember of the Company's Supervisory Board with effect as of the date ofthe appointment by the general meeting of the shareholders of PfleidererGroup S.A. of a new member of the supervisory board of Pfleiderer GroupS.A. in his place

• Mr. Tod Kersten regarding the resignation from the position of memberof the Company's Supervisory Board with effect as of the date of theappointment by the general meeting of the shareholders of PfleidererGroup S.A. of a new member of the supervisory board of Pfleiderer GroupS.A. in his place.
