The Management Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. hereby announces thatthere has been a change in the date of publication of the extendedconsolidated report for the third quarter of the year 2017. The reportwill be published on 7 November 2017.

The previously announced publication date of extended consolidatedreport for the third quarter of the year 2017 was 9 November 2017.

This report was prepared on the basis of § 103 Section 2 of theOrdinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 regardingcurrent and periodical information disclosed by issuers of securitiesand conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by thelaws of a non-member state (consolidated text: Dz.U. of 2014, item 133).
