The Management Board of Pfleiderer Group Spółka Akcyjna with itsregistered office in Wrocław (the "Company") hereby announces that on 07June 2018, the Company received from Brookside S. à r.l, as ashareholder representing over 5% of the Company's share capital, itsrepresentation in relation to the appointment of the Supervisory Boardfor a new term of office, as attached.
