The Management Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. (the "Company") herebyinforms that on 20 March 2019 Mr. Dirk Hardow submitted a resignationfrom the Management Board of the Company. The resignation of Mr. DirkHardow takes effect on 31 March 2019.

Mr. Dirk Hardow was holding a position of the member of Management Boardof the Company - Chief Operating Officer of Pfleiderer Group.

This current report was prepared on the basis of § 5 item 4 of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current andperiodic information to be published by issuers of securities andconditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosureis required under the laws of a non-member state (Official Journal 2018,item 757).
