The Management Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. ("Company") herebyannounces that on August 23rd, 2019, the Company received from AvivaOtwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva Santander the notification on thedecrease of the share in the total number of votes at the Company'sShareholders Meeting, as attached.
