The Management Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. ("Company") herebyannounces that on September 23rd , 2019, the Company received thenotification on the acquisition of the shares in share capital of theCompany in the squeeze-out procedure, as attached.

This report was prepared pursuant to Article 70 item 1 of the Act of 29July 2005 on Act on Public Offerings and the Conditions for IntroducingFinancial Instruments on an Organized Trading System and on PublicCompanies (consolidated text: Dz. U. of 2013, Item 1382).
