The Management Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. (the "Company") announcesthat the Company on 7 November, 2019 received the resignation letterfrom Mr. Zbigniew Prokopowicz regarding the resignation from theposition of member of the Company's Supervisory Board with effect as ofthe end of the day of the 7th of November 2019.

This current report was prepared on the basis of § 5 item 4 of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current andperiodic information to be published by issuers of securities andconditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosureis required under the laws of a non-member state (Official Journal 2018,item 757).
