Accession to the ElectronicInformation Transfer System (ESPI).

Body of the report:

The Management Board of DinoPolska S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that on 13 April2017 the Company acceded to the Electronic Information Transfer System(ESPI). Accordingly, starting on the said date, the Company willtransfer its information using ESPI in accordance with the applicablelaws.
