Information on the determination of the final price for the OfferedShares, the final number of the Offered Shares in the Offering and thefinal number of the Offered Shares offered to each investor category

Pursuant to Article 54 Section 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on PublicOffering and the Terms and Conditions for Introducing FinancialInstruments to an Organized Trading System and on Public Companies, theManagement Board of Dino Polska S.A. ("Company") hereby announcesinformation on the determination of the final price for the OfferedShares, the final number of the Offered Shares in the Offering and thefinal number of the Offered Shares offered to each investor class as at4 April 2017 (i.e. the date preceding the Company's accession to theElectronic Information Transfer System).

All capitalized terms not defined in this Current Report have themeanings assigned to them in the Company's prospectus approved by thePolish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) on 17 March 2017.
