("Company") hereby reports that on 18 April2017 it received a notice from Polish Sigma Group S.à r.l. with itsregistered office in Luxembourg at 1 rue Jean Piret, L-2350 Luxembourg,prepared in accordance with Article 69 Section 1 Item 2 and Article 69Section 2 Item 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and theTerms and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to anOrganized Trading System and on Public Companies regarding the sale ofits entire stake in the Company, as attached.
