("Company") hereby reports thaton 19 and 20 April 2017 it received a notice from UBS Group AG acting onbehalf of UBS Limited, prepared in accordance with Article 69 Section 1Item 1 and item 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and theTerms and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to anOrganized Trading System and on Public Companies regarding theacquisition and sale of shares in the Company, as attached.

Legal basis: Article 70 Item 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on PublicOffering and the Terms and Conditions for Introducing FinancialInstruments to an Organized Trading System and on Public Companies -purchase or sale of a significant stake in a company.
