Resignation of members of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Dino Polska S.A. informs that on 20 April 2017Mr. Michał Rusiecki, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Mr.Michał Kędzia, Member of the Supervisory Board resigned from theirpositions of Members of the Supervisory Board.

Legal basis: Article 56 Section 1 Item 2 letter a of the Act of 29 July2005 on Public Offering and the Terms and Conditions for IntroducingFinancial Instruments to an Organized Trading System and on PublicCompanies in connection with §5 Section 1 Item 21 of the FinanceMinister's Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodicinformation transmitted by securities issuers and the conditions forrecognizing information required by legal regulations of a non-memberstate as equivalent.
