The Management Board of Dino Polska S.A. ("Company") hereby reports thatthe shareholders present at the Company's Extraordinary ShareholderMeeting on 8 January 2018 ("Shareholder Meeting") jointly held68,928,930 votes. The shareholder who held at least 5% of votes at theShareholder Meeting was Mr. Tomasz Biernacki - holding 50,000,000 votesequal to 72.54% of votes at the Shareholder Meeting and 51.00% of allthe votes.
