("Company") hereby reports thaton 26 January 2018 the District Court of Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wildain Poznań, 9th Commercial Division of the National Court Registerregistered the amendment to the Company's Articles of Association as setforth in resolution no. 4/2018 adopted by the Extraordinary ShareholderMeeting of Dino Polska S.A. held on 8 January 2018.
