The Management Board of DinoPolska S.A. ("Company") hereby reports thattheshareholders present at the Company's Ordinary Shareholder Meeting on 21May 2018 ("Shareholder Meeting") jointly held 72,863,407votes. The shareholder who held at least 5% of votes at the ShareholderMeeting was Mr Tomasz Biernacki - holding 50,000,000 votes equal to68.62% of votes at the Shareholder Meeting and 51.00% of all the votes.
