List of shareholders holding atleast 5% of votes at the Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting of DinoPolska S.A. on 28 November 2018

The Management Board of DinoPolska S.A. ("Company") hereby reports thattheshareholders present at the Company's Extraordinary Shareholder Meetingon 28 November 2018 ("Shareholder Meeting") jointly held69,218,210 votes. The shareholder who held at least 5% of votes at theShareholder Meeting was Mr Tomasz Biernacki - holding 50,000,000 votesequal to 72.24% of votes at the Shareholder Meeting and 51.00% of allthe votes.
