Body of the report:TheManagement Board of Dino Polska S.A. ("Company") reports that today,i.e. 12 April 2019 the Company's Supervisory Board adopted a resolutionappointing Mr.JakubMacugato be a Management Board member ofDino Polska S.A. This resolution takes force on the date of itsadoption.

Jakub Macuga joinedthe Dino Group in 2011. Initially as a specialist, and subsequently asthe Corporate Treasurer, he has been responsible for the financing ofthe Dino Polska S.A. Group and the management of liquidity and insurancerisk. He was an active participant in the process of devising thecompany's growth plans and negotiating the largest procurementcontracts. He also took part in the process of launching new products inthe network. Since 2018, in his capacity as Director of CorporateAffairs and Group Treasurer, he also oversaw the operation of the LegalDepartment, the Management Board Office and the Cost Control Department.In January 2019 he took up the position of Director of Operations. Inthe Company, he manages Central Operations, Logistics and Cost Control.

Accordingto the representation provided by Jakub Macuga, he does not conduct anyactivity in any form that would compete with Dino Polska S.A., nor doeshe participate in any competing company as a shareholder of a civil orcommercial law partnership, or as a member of a governing body in acompany, nor does he participate in any competing legal person as amember of its governing body. According to the representation of thenewly-appointed Management Board member, he is not listed in theRegister of Insolvent Debtors kept on the basis of the National CourtRegister Act.
