Subject: Investment in a newdistribution center
The Management Board of Dino PolskaS.A. ("Company") reports that today, i.e. 6 June 2019 it made thedecision to commence the construction of the Company's next distributioncenter in the community of Łobez in the Western Poland Voivodship("Investment"). For this purpose, the Company will enter into a numberof contracts with entities independent of the Company that specialize inthe execution of such investments, including the entity that will playthe role of general contractor. This investment will involve thecomprehensive construction and fit-out of the freezer, refrigeratedstorage area, controlled-temperature warehouses, dry goods warehouse andsocial and office space with the accompanying technical infrastructure,internal roads and parking spots. The total planned warehouse space willbe 43.5 thousand square meters. The total net estimated cost of theinvestment will be approximately PLN80 millionand itwill be financed using the Company's own funds and bank loans. Thepurpose of the new distribution center is to handle the deliveries ofgoods to the growing number of Dino stores and support the network'songoing geographic expansion.The Company anticipates that theInvestment will be completed in the second quarter of 2020.
