Current Report no.9/2020 - Decision on building new distribution centers

The Management Boardof Dino Polska S.A. ("Company") reports that today, i.e. 23 June 2020 itmade the decision to commence the construction of the Company's two newdistribution centers in the communities of Sieroniowice in the OpolskieVoivodship and Sierpc in the Mazowieckie Voivodship ("Investment").

In connection withthis Investment the Company will enter into a number of contracts withentities independent of the Company that specialize in the execution ofsuch investments, including the entity that will play the role ofgeneral contractor. This investment will involve the comprehensiveconstruction and fit-out of the freezer, refrigerated storage area,controlled-temperature warehouses, dry goods warehouse and social andoffice space with the accompanying technical infrastructure, internalroads and parking spots. The total planned warehouse space of a singledistribution center will be 45 thousand square meters.

The (net) estimatedinvestment expenditures are approximately PLN 80 million perdistribution center and will be financed using the Company's own fundsand bank loans. The purpose of the new distribution centers is to handlethe deliveries of goods to the growing number of Dino stores and supportthe network's ongoing geographic expansion. The Company anticipate thatthe construction of the two distribution centers will be completed in2021.
