Current Report No. 10/2020 - Appointment of a newmember to the Dino Polska S.A. Management Board
The Management Board of Dino Polska S.A. ("Company")reports that today, i.e. 24 June 2020, the Company's Supervisory Boardadopted a resolution appointing Ms. Izabela Biadała to be a ManagementBoard member of Dino Polska S.A. This resolution takes force on the dateof its adoption.
Izabela Biadała has been involved in the developmentof the Dino Polska Group's business since 2002. Over the period from2002 to 2011 she held a number of positions in the administration,logistics and accounting areas. Since 2011 she has been dischargingmanagerial functions. From 2011 to 2019 she headed up the DatabaseManagement Department where her duties included the rollout of the ITsales system across the Dino network. In November of 2019 she wasappointed to the position of Director of Administration and since Marchof 2020 she has been serving as the Director of Operations andAdministration with responsibility for overseeing administration, IT,logistics, security and occupational safety and health. She is alsoresponsible for managing the recruitment of employees for the Company'shead office and distribution centers.
Izabela Biadała is a graduate in finance andaccounting from the Faculty of Management at the Poznań University ofEconomics and Business.
According to the representation provided by Ms.Izabela Biadała, she does not conduct any activity in any form thatwould compete with Dino Polska S.A., nor does she participate in anycompeting company as a shareholder of a civil or commercial lawpartnership, or as a member of a governing body in a company, nor doesshe participate in any competing legal person as a member of itsgoverning body. Ms. Izabela Biadała is not listed in the Register ofInsolvent Debtors kept on the basis of the National Court Register Act.Legalbasis:§ 5 Section 5 of the FinanceMinister's Regulation of 29 March 2018 on current and periodicinformation transmitted by securities issuers and the conditions forrecognizing information required by the laws of a non-member state asequivalent.
