Date:02 July 2020Bodyof the report:Dino Polska S.A.("Company") reports that on 02 July 2020 the Ordinary ShareholderMeeting of Dino Polska appointed Mr. Szymon Piduch to the Company'sSupervisory Board.Szymon Piduch hasbeen involved in the development of the Dino store chain since 2002.Until 2010 he was responsible for the Dino Polska Group's finances,holding a number of posts in that time, including Chief FinancialOfficer. Over the period from 2010 to 2020 he held the position ofPresident of the Management Board of Dino Polska S.A. He started hisprofessional career in 1995. In 1995-2002 he held a number of managementpositions for companies from the food sector, responsible for such areasas marketing, controlling and finances. Szymon Piduch is a graduate ofthe Management and Marketing Department of the Poznań University ofEconomics, when he majored in business management. He also completedpostgraduate studies in accounting at the same university.

According to the declaration Mr. Szymon Piduch hassubmitted, he does not conduct any competitive activity with respect toDino Polska S.A., he does not participate in a competing company aspartner in a civil law partnership, a commercial law partnership or asmember of a governing body in a corporation, nor does he participate inany competitive legal person as member of its governing body. Accordingto the declaration the newly-appointed Supervisory Board member hassubmitted, he does not appear in the Register of Insolvent Debtor kepton the basis of the Act on the National Court Register.Legalbasis:§ 5 section 5 of the FinanceMinister's Regulation of 29 March 2018 on the current and periodicinformation conveyed by securities issuers and the conditions forrecognizing the information required by the legal regulations of anon-member state as equivalent.
