TheManagement Board of Dino Polska S.A. hereby reports that on 12 January2021 Mr. Szymon Piduch tendered his resignation from serving in thecapacity of a Supervisory Board Member of Dino Polska S.A. with effectas of the moment of its submission. Mr. Szymon Piduch cited personalreasons as justification for his resignation.
