Current Report No. 11/2022 - Registration ofthe amendment to the Articles of Association of "DINO POLSKA" S.A.

Bodyof the report:_#160;TheManagement Board of "DINO POLSKA" S.A. ("Company") reports that on 11August 2022, the District Court of Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda inPoznań, 9th Commercial Division of the National Court Registerregistered the amendment to the Company's articles of association("Articles of Association") as ratified by the Ordinary ShareholderMeeting of the "DINO POLSKA" S.A. on 24 June 2022 under resolution no.17/6/2022.

Theforegoing change involved the following amendments to § 4 sec. 1 of theArticles ofAssociation:

a)_#160;_#160;_#160;item43 is added after item 42 in the following wording:

"47.78.ZRetail sales of other new products in specialized shops";

b)_#160;_#160;_#160;thecurrent items 43-61 are renumbered to 44-62;

c)_#160;_#160;_#160;items63 and 64 are added after item 62 referred to in letter b in thefollowing wording:

"63)77.21.Z Lending and leasing recreational and sporting equipment,

64)77.29.Z Lending and leasing other articles for personal and householduse";

d)_#160;_#160;_#160;thecurrent item 62 is renumbered 65;

e)_#160;_#160;_#160;item66 is added after item 65 referred to in letter d in the followingwording:"79.11.AActivity of tourism agents";

f)_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;thecurrent items 63-80 are renumbered to 67-84;

g)_#160;_#160;_#160;items85, 86 and 87 are added after item 84 referred to in letter f in thefollowing wording:

"85)90.04.Z Activity of cultural facilities,

86)94.99.Z Activity of other membership organizations elsewhere notclassified,

87)47.54.Z Retail sales of electric household equipment in specializedshops."
