Current Report No. 13/2022 - Appointment of a new member to the _quot;DINOPOLSKA_quot; S.A. Management Board

The Management Board of _quot;DINO POLSKA_quot; S.A. ("Company") reports that on 2December 2022 the Company's Supervisory Board adopted a resolutionappointing Mr. Piotr Ścigała to be a Management Board member of _quot;DINOPOLSKA_quot; S.A. This resolution took force on the date of its adoption.

Piotr Ścigała has been with the Dino Polska since 2003. He served as aDino store manager in 2003-2004. He served in managerial functions inthe head office from 2004 to 2014 where he was responsible forsupporting current and new Dino stores and for the operational controlof stores. In 2014 he took the post of Director of the ControlDepartment to organize and supervise the operation of a number ofdepartments engaged in quality assurance and the operation of Dinostores and distribution centers. He participates in the Dino Group'sdevelopment as a member of the Company's key decision-making committees.He is a graduate of a technical high school.

According to the representation provided by Piotr Ścigała, he does notconduct any activity in any form that would compete with _quot;DINO POLSKA_quot;S.A., nor does he participate in any competing company as a shareholderof a civil or commercial law partnership, or of a company, nor does heparticipate in any competing legal person as a member of its governingbody. According to the representation of the newly-appointed ManagementBoard member, he is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kepton the basis of the National Court Register Act.
