Current Report No. 7/2023 - Registration of the amendment to theArticles of Association of "DINO POLSKA" S.A.

The Management Board of "DINO POLSKA" S.A. ("Company") reports that on 6October 2023, the District Court of Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda inPoznań, 9th Commercial Division of the National Court Registerregistered the amendment to the Company's articles of association("Articles of Association") as ratified by the Ordinary ShareholderMeeting of the "DINO POLSKA" S.A. on 26 June 2023 under resolution no.17/6/2023.

The foregoing change involved the following amendments to the Articlesof Association:

1) § 9 sec. 7 shall read as follows: "Participation in a ShareholderMeeting using means of electronic communication according to theconditions prescribed by the Commercial Company Code is permissible".

2) § 9 sec. 8 shall be deleted.

3) § 14 sec. 1 of the Articles of Association shall read as follows:"The Supervisory Board holds meetings as needed, but no less frequentlythan once in every quarter of the financial year".

4) § 14 sec. 3 of the Articles of Association shall read as follows:"Supervisory Board meetings are called through invitations".

5) § 15 sec. 2 of the Articles of Association shall read as follows:"The Supervisory Board adopts resolutions if at least half of itsmembers is in attendance at the meeting and all of its members have beeninvited".

6) § 15 sec. 3 of the Articles of Association shall be deleted.

7) § 15 sec. 4 of the Articles of Association shall be renumbered (§ 15sec. 3) and shall read as follows: "The Supervisory Board may also holda meeting without being formally convened if all members consent to thatand do not object to including various matters in the agenda."

8) § 15 sec. 5 of the Articles of Association shall be renumbered (§ 15sec. 4) and shall read as follows: "Subject to the provisions of theCommercial Company Code, the Supervisory Board may adopt resolutions byfollowing a written procedure or by means of remote communication. Aresolution is valid if all of the supervisory board members have beennotified of the wording of a given draft resolution and at least onehalf of the supervisory board members take part in adopting theresolution".

9) § 15 sec. 6 of the Articles of Association shall be renumbered - § 15sec. 5.

The Company hereby provides the consolidated text of the Articles ofAssociation as an enclosure.
