The Management Board of DINO POLSKA S.A. ("Company") reports that on 6November 2023 the decision was made to build three new distributioncenters in the following communities: Biała Piska (Warmia and MazuryVoivodship), Janów Lubelski (Lubelskie Voivodship) and Morawica(Świętokrzyskie Voivodship) ("Investment").

In connection with this Investment contracts will be executed withentities independent of the Company that specialize in performing suchinvestments, including entities that will play the role of generalcontractor. This investment will involve the comprehensive constructionand fit-out of the distribution centers including among others thefreezer, refrigerated storage area, controlled-temperature warehouses,dry goods warehouse and social and office space with the accompanyingtechnical infrastructure, internal roads, parking spots and their ownecological source of electricity in the form of a 1 MW photovoltaicinstallation. The total planned warehouse space of each distributioncenter will be roughly 45 thousand square meters.

The (net) estimated capital expenditures are approximately PLN 140million per distribution center (roughly PLN 420 million in total) andwill be financed using the Company's own funds. The purpose of the newdistribution centers is to handle the deliveries of goods to the growingnumber of Dino stores and support the network's ongoing geographicexpansion. The Company expects that the Investment will be completed in2024 (in respect of the Morawica distribution center) and 2025 (inrespect of the other two distribution centers).
