Current Report No. 11/2023 - Resignation of a Supervisory Board Member

The Management Board of "DINO POLSKA" S.A. hereby reports that on 11December 2023 Mr. Piotr Nowjalis tendered his resignation from servingin the capacity of a Supervisory Board Member of "DINO POLSKA" S.A. witheffect as of 31 December 2023. As justification for his resignation Mr.Piotr Nowjalis cited his intention to start working for an entity doingbusiness in an area that makes it a partial competitor of the "DINOPOLSKA" S.A. Group.
