The Management Board of "DINO POLSKA" S.A. ("Company") hereby reportsthat the shareholders present at the Company's Extraordinary ShareholderMeeting on 24 January 2024 ("Shareholder Meeting") jointly held77,717,305 votes. The shareholder who held at least 5% of votes at theShareholder Meeting was Mr. Tomasz Biernacki - holding 50,000,000 votesequal to 64.34% of votes at the Shareholder Meeting and 51.00% of allthe votes.
