("Company") hereby reportsthat on 16 May 2024 it received a notice from The Goldman Sachs Group,Inc., prepared in accordance with Article 69 Section 1 and Article 69bSection 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and the Termsand Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to an OrganizedTrading System and on Public Companies, regarding dropping below thethreshold of 5% of the total number of votes in the Company, as attached.
