("Company") reports that inconnection with completing the process of aggregating and conducting apreliminary verification of its financial data for the purposes ofpreparing its consolidated financial statements for 2024 made thedecision to publish current information pertaining to estimates ofselected line items in its consolidated financial statements and keyoperating data for 2024.

Theinformation the Company is publishing in the enclosure to this currentreport has not been audited and it may differ from the data that will bepresented in the Dino Polska Group's annual report. The annual report,which is subject to verification by a statutory auditor will bepublished on 14 April 2025.
