("Company") hereby reportsthat the shareholders present at the Company's Ordinary ShareholderMeeting on 16 June 2025 ("Shareholder Meeting") jointly held 80,226,291votes. The shareholder who held at least 5% of votes at the ShareholderMeeting was Mr. Tomasz Biernacki - holding 50,000,000 votes equal to62.32% of votes at the Shareholder Meeting and 51.00% of all the votes.
