Resignationof a Supervisory Board member and of a Management Board member of theCompany

Themanagement of Echo Investment S.A. (The Company) is announcing thefollowing:

- OnDecember 20, 2017, the Company received the resignation of Mr.Przemysław Krych from his role as member of the Company's SupervisoryBoard with immediate effect;

- OnDecember 21, 2017, the Company received the resignation of Mr. MikołajMartynuska from his role as member of the Company's Management Boardwith immediate effect.
