Information on the numberof apartments sold in Q1 2018

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. (hereinafter referred to asthe ‘Issuer') hereby reports that:

- In Q1 2018 the Issuer and Issuer's subsidiaries sold 348 apartments onthe basis of preliminary contracts (compared to 257 apartments sold inQ1 2017);

- In Q1 2018 the Issuer and Issuer's subsidiaries concluded 108 finalcontracts which transferred the ownership of apartments to clients(compared to 95 final contracts concluded in Q1 2017).
