Monthlyinformation on apartments sales

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A.(hereinafter referred to as the ‘Issuer') hereby reports that:

- in May 2018 the Issuer and Issuer's subsidiariessold 60 apartments on the basis of preliminary contracts, compared to 97apartments sold in May 2017;

- the Issuer and Issuer's subsidiaries havecumulatively sold 488 apartments on the basis of preliminary agreementssince the beginning of 2018, while 440 units were sold on the basis ofsuch agreements in corresponding period of 2017;

- in May 2018 the Issuer and Issuer's subsidiarieshand over 9 apartments to clients, compared to 10 units transferred toclients in May 2017;

- the Issuer and Issuer's subsidiaries havecumulatively handed over 93 apartments to clients since the beginning of2018, while 115 apartments were handed over in corresponding period of2017.
