Monthly information onapartments sales and hand overs

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. hereby reports monthlyinformation on number of apartments sold and handed over by EchoInvestment Group.

Number of units handed over to clients

- 120 apartments handed over in November 2018, compared to 172apartments handed over in November 2017;

- 633 apartments handed over cumulatively since the beginning of 2018,compared to 921 apartments handed over in corresponding period of 2017.

Preliminary sales contracts concluded

- 60 contracts concluded in November 2018, compared to 189 contracts inNovember 2017;

- 842 contracts concluded since the beginning of 2018 cumulatively,compared to 1,233 contracts concluded in corresponding period of 2017.
