The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. hereby reports monthlyinformation on number of apartments handed over and sold by EchoInvestment Group.

Number of units handed over to clients

- 7 apartments handed over in April 2019, compared to 15 apartmentshanded over in April 2018;

- 30 apartments handed over in 2019, compared to 86 apartments handedover in corresponding period of 2018.

Preliminary sales contracts concluded

- 93 contracts concluded in April 2019, compared to 81 contractsconcluded in April 2018;

- 444 contracts concluded in 2019, compared to 425 contracts concludedin corresponding period of 2018.
