The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. herebyreports information on number of apartments sold and handed over by EchoInvestment Group.

Preliminary sales contracts concluded

- 254 contracts concluded in Q2 2020, compared to 291contracts concluded in Q2 2019;

- 653 contracts concluded in 2020 so far, compared to643 contracts concluded in corresponding period of 2019.

Number of units handed over to clients

- 222 apartments handed over in Q2 2020, compared to54 apartments handed over in Q2 2019;

- 412 apartments handed over in 2020 so far, comparedto 77 apartments handed over in corresponding period of 2019.
