Resignation of the supervisingperson

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. (theCompany) hereby reports that today the Company received a letter fromMr. Mark Abramson on his resignation from the position of a member ofthe Company's Supervisory Board, including also from the positions heldin the committees of the Company's Supervisory Board. The resignationenters into force upon the closing of the ordinary general meeting ofthe Company for the financial year ended on 31 December 2019.
