The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company") informs that on 30 March2017 the Company's Supervisory Board approved the Company's enteringinto Polska Grupa Górnicza Sp. z o. o. ("PGG") and subscription by theCompany for the new shares in PGG's share capital totalling to PLN 300mln in consideration for the contribution in cash amounting to PLN 300mln.

The above decision is related to the planned acquisition by PGG ofselected assets of Katowicki Holding Węglowy S.A.
