(the "Company") would like to informthat on 27 December 2017, the Company has received the resignation ofMs. Małgorzata Niezgoda from her position as Member of the SupervisoryBoard of Enea S.A., effective as of 27 December of this year. Ms.Małgorzata Niezgoda has until now served as Chairwoman of theSupervisory Board of the Company. No reason has been given for theresignation.
