("Company") hereby informs that on 2December 2019 the Company received a letter of resignation, dated 27November 2019, of Mr. Paweł Jabłoński from his position as member of theSupervisory Board of ENEA S.A., as well as from his functions asvice-chairman of the Supervisory Board and chair of the Nominations andRemuneration Committee. No reason was provided for the resignation.
