The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (_quot;Company_quot;) hereby reports that on 29January 2024 the Company received statements from the Minister of StateAssets that on the same date the Minister exercised his powers todismiss a member of the ENEA S.A. Supervisory Board pursuant to § 24sec. 1 of the Company's Articles of Association.

According to the said statements, the Minister of State Assets, inexercise of the powers conferred on him, dismissed, effective as of 29January 2024, Mr. Łukasz Ciołko, from the Company's Supervisory Board.
