(_quot;Company_quot;) hereby reports that on 29January 2024 the Company received statements from the Minister of StateAssets that on the same date the Minister exercised his powers toappoint a member of the ENEA S.A. Supervisory Board pursuant to § 24sec. 1 of the Company's Articles of Association.

According to the said statements, the Minister of State Assets, inexercise of the powers conferred on him, appointed, effective as of 30January 2024, Mrs. Agata Ewa Michalska - Olek to the Company'sSupervisory Board.
