("Company") hereby reports thatearlier today it obtained information about the receipt of anotification, dated 6 December 2024, from Helikon Investments Limitedregarding a change in the percentage of the total number of votes in theCompany. The content of the notification is attached hereto with atranslation into Polish.

In the event of any discrepancies between the Polish and Englishlanguage versions, the English language version should be consideredconclusive.
