The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that todayit became aware of the decision of the District Court Poznań - NoweMiasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the NationalCourt Register ("Court") dated 14 July 2025 regarding the Court'sregistration of amendments to the Company's Statute made in accordancewith Resolution Nos. 40, 41, 42 and 43 of the Company's Ordinary GeneralMeeting of 26 June 2025. According to information obtained from theNational Court Register, the entry in the register was made on 14 July2025.

According to information obtained by the Company, the Court'sregistration pertains to amendments to the following provisions of theStatute: § 5(1); § 20(2)(1) and § 20(5)(5); in addition, a new item (6)was added after § 20(5)(5).
