The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company") hereby reports thatearlier today it received from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZUS.A. ("PTE PZU S.A."), acting on behalf of Otwarty Fundusz EmerytalnyPZU "Złota Jesień" ("OFE PZU") and Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny PZU("DFE PZU") a notification, dated 29 July 2025, regarding a change inthe percentage share in the total number of votes at the Company'sGeneral Meeting held by pension funds managed by PTE PZU S.A., asattached to this current report.

It follows from the notification received that PTE PZU S.A. issubmitting it on an overdue basis:

"As a result of the entry by the registry court, on 31 May 2022, of anincrease in the share capital of Enea S.A. ('Company') through the issueof series D ordinary shares, the total shareholding of OFE PZU and DFEPZU declined below 5% of the votes at the Company's general meeting."
