The Management Board of ENERGA SA ("Company") announces that on 9September 2016 the Company received statements from the Minister ofEnergy informing that - pursuant to §18 section 3 point 3 of the ENERGASA Articles of Association - on 8 September 2016 it dismissed Mr. BogdanSkalski and appointed Ms. Agnieszka Terlikowska - Kulesza to theCompany's Supervisory Board.

Ms. Agnieszka Terlikowska - Kulesza will hold the position of member ofENERGA SA Supervisory Board.
